Psalm 133:1-3
The Excellency of Brotherly Unity.
A Song of Ascents, of David.

1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
For brothers R4226 to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious oil R4227 upon the head,
Coming down upon the beard,
Even Aaron's beard,
Coming down upon the edge R4228 of his robes.
3 It is like the dew R4229 of Hermon R4230
Coming down upon the mountains R4231 of Zion;
For there the LORD commanded R4232 the blessing--life R4233 forever.

Daily Repetitive Verses:

Proverbs 27:17-19
17 You use steel to sharpen steel, and one friend sharpens another. 18 If you care for your orchard, you'll enjoy its fruit; if you honor your boss, you'll be honored.
19 Just as water mirrors your face, so your face mirrors your heart.
Psalm 122:1
1 When they said, "Let's go to the house of God," my heart leaped for joy.

~Lena’s Journalin’~
I’d like to take liberty to write verse 1 of Psalm 133 out in the way we speak or might get greater understanding by using the Strong’s definitions.
“Let’s see how good it would be, how agreeable and valuable, how the people of any communion would prosper, if people of the same family and even people who work with one another, and people who are of the same race of Adam and even of Christ, can actually stay together with the same kind of mind sets. Let’s take it as a challenge and prove what would happen if people decided to just live like this all of the time, because they decided to, not because they are compatible in any natural way, no rather because they are so different, but in differences they choose to agree, because they know before God how powerful coming together with what He desires is”.
These people staying unified in unity is like nothing anyone has ever seen before. It is amazing!
Together, means unity, unity means unity, unity means, united, put together, altogether alike.
How can it be that God made everyone so differently, not one being the same, yet wants us to be one?
One in spirit, one in thought, one in the likeness of Christ.
Vs 2 It is being agreeable in the mind, the mindsets of worldliness coming down to where the voice of God’s Spirit in us, speaks about agreement with God and the persons we are (in title or position) speak the same as God. The things that war against God come into agreement to God, subject to His word and will, they come under the anointing of God which covers what was made and makes it what is new. That power saturates every part of who I am, what I say and every area of influence I have. This word robes, means mouth. The anointing comes all the way down to how I speak, when I decided to come into unity with other people before God! Aaron means light bringer.
Vs 3 It is like a fresh covering, it comes everyday, must be maintained and invited daily to cover me, making me a sanctuary unto God’s spirit. It brings down religious dry mountain places in my mind’s eyes. In my religious thoughts that don’t embrace change, there is no newness of life, I become dry weary, but in the changed thinking of Christ, inside of the living out of a decision to unify with God and His people, I live forever, we live forever. There’s life in this kind of living and this kind of thinking. There’s freshness in this kind of thinking.
I was glad when they said to me let US GO… It takes a me to make a we, If I’m not there there is no US there. I’m glad when I am there, and when you are there, I’m glad when we are there. Let US go. What keeps you from going? Or me from going? Can anything separate us from the love of God? Yes many, many things can, if we allow them to, but if we don’t, they also wont! So, Let’s GO.
Iron means the material for a tool, to me it is for the purpose of making something for a specified use. It also says harshness. Ever feel someone is harsh with you? They could be a tool in the hand of God, to wake us up and make us into a better person in the world. Another definition is strength. A little adversity can either make you strong or send you around another bout for learning more, it is up to us and our response to it.
Sharpen actually is a praise word, rejoice. One mans harshness can bring another to rejoicing and strength. It can actually make one joyful about being saved, or knowing the Way, or realizing how Good and how great God is. When people face one another because they understand the desire of God for unity, things like sharpening may happen, but they will come away with a weapon ready for battle and they won’t be fighting alone, but they will also have prepared the weapon of their friend.
Tending is guarding, fug tree= God’s kingdom, Are we watchers over God’s kingdom on earth? YES! We bring it to earth when we unify with God and others, when we go to God’s house together. We bring His kingdom. If we watch over it and guard it in our own hearts and lives and help others guard it in theirs, it will also guard us. A guard is set up, and is one determined to not allow foul play to happen to what they guard. Has foul play happened with God’s kingdom in you? Do you unify with people? Do you go to God’s house? Or has someone or something come to steal these things away from you? Do you care about what God cares about? Can I tell you what God cares about? People coming together, worshiping Him together. He who cares for His Master will be honored. You better believe it! God is not into separation. He does not like us separating from Him, ourselves or others. He loves unity, THAT is what He cares about. He hates division and rebellion. It is what brought the separation of heaven and earth. He wants to repair that through us. Every time we allow offenses or misunderstandings to separate us from Him or His people we’ve been prey to God’s enemy and we’ve not cared for what our Master cares for.
As in water…what we do is showing what we believe and what we care for. If we say we care for God, but will not repair unity with people, we are silly, believing a lie. What we do, not what we say, is what we really care for. What we do is showing our faces to God and one another.
I was thinking of the song- ya gotta serve somebody, and we are and do serve somebody, either self, God or satan. It is evidenced in how we live. We cannot say one thing and do another where serving is concerned. It will be evidenced and judged by what we did no matter what we said, we will be judged by words, whether we did what we said or not. IF fighting God’ s enemy would be to unify, shouldn’t we do what will bring defeat to God’s enemies, if we indeed are on God’s side? Unity is a weapon, like iron in our hands.
