Lena Journals to Job 36

So how magnificent is your God? How great is He?
Do you know He is greater to some than He is to others?
How can that be?
It is always a matter of perspective and of choice.
The Psalmist says to each and every human being who has ever lived, “Oh magnify the LORD with me, let US exalt His name together…O Taste and see that the LORD is Good…etc.”
Does everyone magnify the Lord, do they all taste of His goodness?
Why, or why not?
Choice.
Praise, magnification, exaltation, is by freewill choice.
You down in the dumpsters?
Who put you there, mentally speaking?
Choice, did.
Ok, so what if your brother threw you down there imprisoning you there (as Joseph’s did)?
Can you choose what your attitude is while you are there? Could you exalt the Lord, if you chose to?
Ah, yes you could, but only IF you chose to, or maybe even wanted to.
God was really asking Job a series of questions.
How great Am I? to you?
We all know God IS great and it will be revealed who He is and how magnificent He is for all to see. On that revealing day, that the whole world sees, is His greatness seen because He changed and became that glorious that day, but all the other days before that time, He wasn’t so glorious?
What changed? Perspective did.
So again, Job, How great Am I?
To you?
Am I only great to you, if all is well with you?
Am I only great to you when it goes for you the way you felt it should go, or you perceive I am blessing you?
What if you perceive that I’m “cursing” you? What then? Do you curse Me back? Do you know, perceive and really understand who I AM?
If you did, would you choose what you have chosen?
Ok let’s switch now, “Who are you?” You’re NOT Job, but you are as he is in the earth, going from perceived blessing to perceived cursing, living and walking out your relationship with God. Is it based only on good outcome? Is it based on a give and take system? Do you only relate well with God when things are good?
THIS IS THE TEST of Human time!
If you get this, you’ll get the rest! Seriously.
You’ll walk through as a victor.
Listen, you’ve got to become Job, when you read about him. We are as he is. This “story” of a mans life and circumstance was written so graciously by God to us that we’d see another and make a decision for righteousness, not live the same life and go through the same ordeal, especially concerning the mental reasoning. We have been allotted the grace to learn from others!
The best learning is NOT to personally experience the situation, but watch or read of others and then through wise decisions, live!
So, in your situations, will you – live?
Or curse God and die?
That is a question some of Job’s friends asked of him, and how they advised him to be relieved of his present pain and suffering.
Suffering can make a man humble, humiliated if he isn’t willing to humble himself in it.
What would be the point? Can you, will you, do you, magnify the Lord?
No matter what?
No matter what?
O magnify the Lord with me, let us exalt His name together, let’s taste and see in every circumstance and in every situation, how great He is.
He made heaven and earth and all that is in it. Can any man that you know, do that?
Notta one.
He knows all about everything, everything He knows about.
Even what will happen tomorrow.
Wow.
The decision to make, in every trial and testing, situation and circumstance…Who will I continue to love, serve & bless?
Will I keep, or sell out and give up, my faith?
Is my faith based on circumstances or love that is eternal and unending?
Every trial has come to ask this question.
Now, who wins with you?
