Christmas LOVE 2 U

Dear Ones,
This Christmas is SO different to me. At forst I thought it had to do with being like 80 something degrees in FL!!!BUT it isn't that.
My heart is continuiously overwhelmed with Love for you and God's best for you and you families.
I am so seeing that the commercialism is a huge distraction to the greatest gift ever announced. I want to disconnect from it, yet connect with the people it gathers. Does that make sense?
I don't even desire natural gifts (though diamonds are nice!)- maybe it has just taken me 43 years of Christmasses to get - that people are the most important treasures of all!
i am so in Love with Jesus and with the potential I see for more of Him in each of us! I stand amazed everyday at how He loves us, has extended Himself towards us and how He keeps drawing imperfect people closer each day. I'm amazed at how He works with me when I make a ton of mistakes and He gives me the gift of life long friendsships anyway. The biggest anmazement I have right now is watching our kids grow up into Godly aduts. I so wonder how that has happened when I raised them and I'm so undeservibg of who they are.
Dear God I'm a mess, better to be a mess for Jesus than for the what's up in the world.
I hope the Lord messes up your world for Him too in 2007!
